At our store, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.

  • You have received an incorrect product.

Return Request Timeline

  • All return requests must be raised within 3 days of the delivery date.

  • Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any return request, customers must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video that:

  • Starts from the moment the sealed package is opened.

  • Clearly shows the outer packaging.

  • Clearly displays the product received.

  • Clearly captures the damage or incorrect item, if applicable.

The unboxing video serves as mandatory proof for verification. Return requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.

  • Incorrect size or colour selection made by the customer.

  • Minor variations in colour, texture, finish, or design due to photography, screen resolution, or handcrafted manufacturing.

  • Normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery.

  • Products returned without the required unboxing video.

Verification & Approval

Once your return request and supporting evidence are received, our team will review the case. If the request is found to be valid and meets the above conditions, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as applicable.
