Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may cancel their order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. In such cases, the order will be cancelled free of charge, and any prepaid amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment in accordance with our refund process.

Order Cancellation After Dispatch

If an order is cancelled after it has been dispatched, a flat cancellation fee of ₹150 will be deducted towards courier and logistics charges incurred in processing and shipping the order.

The remaining eligible refund amount (if any) will be processed after the shipment is returned to us or as per our refund policy.

How to Cancel an Order

To request cancellation of your order, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible by providing your Order ID through the contact details available on our website.

Please note:

Cancellation requests are subject to the dispatch status of the order at the time the request is received.

Once an order has been dispatched, the ₹150 courier charge will be applicable irrespective of whether the shipment is delivered or intercepted in transit.
