Refund policy

Returns are strictly accepted only if the product delivered is damaged or if an incorrect item has been received. All such requests must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Customers are required to record a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the moment the sealed package is opened, clearly showing the packaging, product, and the issue (damage or wrong item). This video must be submitted as proof while raising the return request.  Any return request without a valid unboxing video, or in cases of normal wear and tear, minor variations in design or colour, or change of mind, will not be accepted.
